Return & Refund Policy
- For Services
- Cancellation by User: Users can cancel booked services before the provider confirms. Once confirmed, cancellation charges may apply.
- Service Not Delivered: If a service provider fails to deliver, users may request a full refund within 48 hours of the scheduled date.
- Service Quality Dispute: Refunds for dissatisfaction will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by GraminX Support.
- For Products
- Return Eligibility: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 3 days of delivery for defects, damage, or incorrect items.
- Refund Process: Once verified, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Non-Returnable Items: Seeds, fertilizers, or perishable items once opened or used cannot be returned.
- Refund Timeline
Refunds may take 5–7 working days depending on payment method and bank policies.
- GraminX Rights
We reserve the right to deny or limit refunds for repeated or fraudulent claims.
