 Return & Refund Policy

 

  1. For Services
  • Cancellation by User: Users can cancel booked services before the provider confirms. Once confirmed, cancellation charges may apply.
  • Service Not Delivered: If a service provider fails to deliver, users may request a full refund within 48 hours of the scheduled date.
  • Service Quality Dispute: Refunds for dissatisfaction will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by GraminX Support.
  1. For Products
  • Return Eligibility: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 3 days of delivery for defects, damage, or incorrect items.
  • Refund Process: Once verified, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Seeds, fertilizers, or perishable items once opened or used cannot be returned.
  1. Refund Timeline

Refunds may take 5–7 working days depending on payment method and bank policies.

  1. GraminX Rights

We reserve the right to deny or limit refunds for repeated or fraudulent claims.
