Welcome to GraminX, a digital platform that connects farmers, FPOs, and service providers for peer-to-peer exchange of agricultural services, equipment, and products. By accessing or using our app or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Eligibility

Users must be Indian residents aged 18 years or above with valid KYC and bank details to register and transact on GraminX.

  1. Services Offered

GraminX enables users to:

  • Book and offer agricultural services and machinery.
  • Facilitate secure digital payments and manage transactions between users.

We act solely as an intermediary platform and are not a party to any direct transaction between users.

  1. User Responsibilities
  • Users must provide accurate and updated personal and business information.
  • All listed products and services must comply with applicable agricultural and trade laws.
  • Users agree not to post false, misleading, or illegal listings.
  1. Payments and Fees

Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways in compliance with RBI guidelines. Transaction or service fees (if applicable) will be communicated during booking or checkout.

  1. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are subject to the Return & Refund Policy detailed below. The Company reserves the right to deduct applicable charges for cancellations.

  1. Limitation of Liability

GraminX is a facilitator and shall not be responsible for:

  • Quality, timeliness, or completion of services between users.
  • Any damages or losses arising from transactions, misuse, or service failure.
    Our total liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the total fees paid to us for that specific transaction.
  1. Intellectual Property

All logos, content, and trademarks on GraminX are the property of Ploughmen Agrisolutions Pvt. Ltd. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without prior written consent.

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate user access without notice for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
